Question:

I just bought a Brother machine but haven’t even opened the box. I want to return it. What can I do?

You can return any Brother machine within 30 days of purchase, as long as it’s unopened, intact, and has a valid Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Get your RMA number by contacting us through “ask a question” here: https://support.brother.ca/app/askAny shipping costs are at your expense. However, if it is determined that the machine is defective or if the return is caused by a mistake we’ve made, we’ll be happy to arrange a pick-up at our expense. Once we’ve inspected the return, we’ll refund your credit card, minus any shipping & handling charges.

I did open my box, but am not satisfied. It’s still under warranty. What can you do for me?

If you have any issues with a Brother machine, please get in touch with us right away. We’ll do our best to get you up and running (by repair or exchange, depending on our analysis).

I’m not sure if it’s under warranty.
