Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement, your access to and use of Brother.ca, and all related matters are governed solely by the laws of Quebec and applicable federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute between you and Brother or any other person arising from, connected with or relating to Brother.ca, this Agreement, or any related matters (collectively "Disputes") will be resolved before the Courts of Quebec, sitting in the City of Montreal and you hereby irrevocably submit and attorn to the original and exclusive jurisdiction of this court in respect of all Disputes.
