Integration Process
Starting at Brother…
We have an all-inclusive onboarding program for all new employees. We want to make sure that all new members of the Brother family are integrated appropriately into their new work teams, and have all the necessary tools and support to get started.
Brother Canada's Employees Community
The Brother Canada Nakama Team (“Nakama”means “brotherhood” in Japanese) is responsible for community building, both internally and externally. The team creates social events to get employees engaging with each other, as well as offsite events for employees’ children (family events). Nakama is also actively involved in activities that promote Brother’s value in its local community (Annual Food & Toy Drive, Breakfast fundraisers and more!).
In the Community
Canadian Childhood Cancer Foundation
Brother Canada is a national sponsor of the CCCF. The Canadian Childhood Cancer Foundation supports children (and their families) who have been affected by cancer. Through programs such as Scholarship Funds, emPower Packs and TLC social media, the CCCF works towards proving support when it’s needed most. Brother is a proud sponsor of this important charity. Product Donation Program
When and where possible, Brother is happy to donate open-box products to organizations that match our corporate values. We try to focus our efforts on organizations that work towards supporting national childhood cancer-related causes, as well as organizations addressing immediate needs in the West Island community of Montreal.
Campus Action & Keynotes
Our employees like to give back to the community and our industry! You’ll often see one of our colleagues sharing his/her expertise by hosting keynote speeches at industry events, conducting seminars across the country for tips on how to build their small business or as guest speakers in Montreal university business schools.
Brother Scholarship Program
