Question: I just bought a Brother machine but haven’t even opened the box. I want to return it. What can I do?
You can return any Brother machine within 30 days of purchase (though we can’t imagine why you’d want to☺), as long as it’s unopened, intact, and has a valid Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Get your RMA number by contacting us through ask a question here: https://support.brother.ca/app/ask. Any shipping costs are at your expense. However, if it is determined that the machine is defective or if the return is caused by a mistake we’ve made, we’ll be happy to arrange a pick-up at our expense. Once we’ve inspected the return, we’ll refund your credit card, minus any shipping & handling charges.
Question: I did open my box, but am not 1,000% satisfied. It’s still under warranty. Can you satisfy me?
If you have any issues with a Brother machine, please get in touch with us right away. We’ll do our best to get you up and running (by repair or exchange, depending on our analysis).
