Question: I just bought a Brother machine but haven’t even opened the box. I want to return it. What can I do?

You can return any Brother machine within 30 days of purchase (though we can’t imagine why you’d want to), as long as it’s unopened, intact, and has a valid Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Get your RMA number by contacting us through ask a question here: Any shipping costs are at your expense. However, if it is determined that the machine is defective or if the return is caused by a mistake we’ve made, we’ll be happy to arrange a pick-up at our expense. Once we’ve inspected the return, we’ll refund your credit card, minus any shipping & handling charges.

Question: I did open my box, but am not 1,000% satisfied. It’s still under warranty. Can you satisfy me?

If you have any issues with a Brother machine, please get in touch with us right away. We’ll do our best to get you up and running (by repair or exchange, depending on our analysis).

Some things, like your mom’s 2009 Christmas fruitcake, are not eligible for return. But if it’s a Brother machine, we’ll do our best to find a solution that works for you!
