PLACING AN ORDER

If you know your needs but aren’t sure what product or technology would suit you best please contact us with details through ask a question here: https://support.brother.ca/app/ask, and one of our online agents will help you choose the right Brother product for your needs within 24h.

Once you’ve settled on what you want to purchase, placing your order is secure and simple. Locate the product that you want and add it to your shopping basket. To shop on Brother.ca you need a valid account. If you haven't already done so, create an account with Brother.ca to purchase items. If you already have an account, log in to place an order. Once you've logged in, review your order details and enter your payment and shipping information. Once this is complete, you’ll be asked to review your order summary before selecting "place order". After you've placed your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation via email.
