Creating and managing your account

Creating your Brother account is safe and easy. We’re committed to ensuring the security of your information and we use. the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol, the most widely accepted Internet encryption standard. This protocol effectively protects your private information while it is transferred from your computer to our system.

From Brother's Shopping Site click on "My Account" and select "Create an account".
Fill in the required information and you'll be ready to start shopping on Brother.ca! With your own account, you will also be able to view order history, track orders and more! You can also create an account during the Checkout process.

Change your account password

To change your account password, first, log in to your account.
Click on "My Account" and enter your email and password.
Once in your account, select "Change Password".
Enter your current or old password first, and then enter your new password.
Re-enter your new password as confirmation.

Forgot your password

If you forgot your account password, go to "My Account". Click on "Forgot Password?" next to the Login area.
Enter your email address and hit Forgot your password? link.
Enter the email address registered in your Brother profile and you’ll receive an email with the instructions to reset your password.

Update your personal information

To update your personal information, first log in to your account, click on "My Account" and enter your email and password.
Once in your account, select "Account Info" and change the information in any of the fields. Select "Save" to save the changes.

Unsubscribe to our newsletter

If you wish to withdraw your consent to the use of your personal information, including the receipt of marketing or other communications from Brother, simply click on the unsubscribe link in the footer of the email.
